Weekly report wizard, quarterly board report and the Pipedrive → Google Ads conversion sync. Pipeline IDs, Origin field key, ad accounts and sync settings live on the portal settings (pipedrive / gads / msads / mr / ocisync modules).
Mon–Sun weeks ending Sunday. Defaults to the most recent Sunday; the previous week fills automatically.
Upload the DR workbook (.xlsx) — parsed entirely in-browser, same logic as the WP page: the last sheet's WEEK ENDING blocks are read, the block matching the selected week auto-fills the fields, and the "Last Year MONTHLY STATS" big figure is picked up when present. Changing the week re-matches without re-uploading. Pasted Label → Value rows or a .csv/.tsv export still work as a fallback.
Big Figure = Sales + Comms (computed on save): —
One wide fetch per pipeline, aggregated for the current and previous week. HC/DR prev-year = exactly −364 days. A Pipedrive failure surfaces as an error — never as zeros.
Google / Microsoft auto-fetch when connected (per-account failures downgrade to warnings); Merrehill derives from Legal leads × CPL; Apollo is manual. Microsoft timeouts mean UNKNOWN, never £0.
| Source | DR £ | HC £ | Legal £ | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | main = "1 - " DR / "2 - " HC prefixes; legal account = Legal | |||

| Merrehill (Email CPL) | — | — | — | leads × CPL — auto-derived from the fetch |
Legal / HC / DR tables from the fetch above. Each pipeline renders its current-week table and its comparison (prev week / year ago) as separate tables sharing the same row order, so either can be copied straight into the presentation. Saving stores this week's metrics (≤26 weeks kept) so next week's "prev" column auto-fills.
Pick the quarter's first month (DCBL quarters start Feb / May / Aug / Nov) vs the same months last year. First build of a quarter can take a while (Microsoft runs report jobs); results cache 6 hours with a config signature.
Daily 03:30 UTC cron uploads won deals via the Data Manager API. HC routes by attached Product to per-service actions at fixed expected values; DR sends each deal's own value, staged via its own mode. Global mode stays dry-run (validateOnly) until the parallel-run reconciles. Settings live under the ocisync module on the portal.
